There are two world changing words that are no longer in abundance, sadly so. Those two words are thank you! I thought it good if together we re-instate these words, starting today. Jesus, the ultimate Polished Arrow, did so. He said thank you for food and provision! (Mark 6 : 41). He said thank you for the generosity of others! (Mark 14 : 6). He gave thanks for friends! (John 15 : 15). He said thank you for answered prayer! (John 11 : 41). Jewish literature is loaded with this way of life. “If you enjoy something in this world without saying a blessing, it is as if you stole it” Talmud Berachot, 35a
Personally – “I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.” Ephesians 1 : 16
